New Products!!! Deep Sleep Health Tips *************************** Dear Readers, One of my clients has had a history of low energy and a list of health problems. Over time we addressed many aspects of her health and made some great improvements. Though still she complained of low energy. A number of times in the course of our consults I suggested she may have parasites. Finally she took a stool test. It came back negative. Though after months more I again said, there has to be parasites. Here is her testimonial after using the Premier Products: "I have been using Timothy's supplements for years. First, I suspect, and research supports that many people with chronic health and energy problems have parasites. It is kind of ridiculous to diagnose someone with anemia, chronic fatigue, etc, when parasites can be the cause. There are well-known doctors who say that anyone that has cancer has parasites. Research says that 80 to 95% of all people have parasites. And then there is the test she took that came back negative. This was an expensive stool test with a renowned diagnostic laboratory. As many of you know, I have little respect for most tests and never rely on them alone. Commonsense, intuition and experience trump most tests. In conclusion, if you have not taken a good parasite cleansing formula in the past 5 years - do so. If you have traveled in foreign lands - do so. If you eat out a lot - do so. If you eat raw meats, sushi, etc, - do so. If you have chronic low energy, anemia, chronic diseases, cancer, problems that are not clearing up, intestinal problems, etc, - do a parasite cleanse! I know I have tried sml powder in water long ago and I remember I could not tolerate it. My throat started itching and I started to wheeze. I read a lot of good things about it though."

Monica's follow-up email: "I've seen so many doctors, did so many tests including colonoscopy and the only recommendations were drugs and more unnecessary tests. Finally a neighbor a few doors down who happens to be a M.D Family doc and who also practices alternative medicine told me to come see him and told me to do this simple stool test. I should have seen him years ago but being a neighbor I didn't want anyone knowing my health issues. I really could have saved a bundle of money, frustration and could have been more healthier today. It's never too late. I strongly urge people who have any type or form of health issues to go get a stool test. I've learned that 80% of health resides in the digestive tract and intestines. Sorry for rambling so, but it's true.

************************* DEEP SLEEP HEALTH TIPS Sleep deeper and get a more restful, rejuvenating sleep: Make your bedrooms as dark as possible. Cover the windows completely so no light gets in. Block all LED lights. Shut those night lights off once your children are asleep. Avoid looking at computer screens, TVs, etc. for at least an hour before bed, better two. Dim all the lights in the house in the last hours before bed. A hot shower or bath helps many people. In the least warm your feet, cold feet make it harder to sleep. Open the windows a crack for fresh air and turn down the heat. It is better to have a down-comforter and adequate blankets to keep warm. And a few times a week open all the windows for a while during the day to air out the house, especially the bedrooms. Many houses have stale air that is oxygen poor and polluted due to out-gassing of furniture and household items. The air needs to be replenished and purified!
