1) OPENING LETTER
Dear Readers,
According to Dr Bruce Lipton, research at Stanford University
proved that 95% of all disease is created by stress. That is right,
stress is the number one cause of pain, misfortune, unhappiness,
failed relationships, joyless lives and all our health problems.
Think about it. Stress does not come from outside sources,
it is within us. We may think someone else or something
else is making us stressful, but the true causes are incorrect
beliefs, limited thinking patterns, long held onto messages
and emotional hurt that is within us, not outside us.
Certainly chemicals, heavy metals, excess estrogens, etc.
add to the stress in our body and cells. Though emotional
stress, limited thinking, and narrow perspectives are the
main causes of stress. The majority of this stress is rooted
in our childhood experiences. Most of it we do not remember
or realize how deep in our subconscious the roots and
causes are. Nevertheless, all this is what is running
and ruining our lives.
Yes, food and herbs help to nourish and de-stress us,
but it is only helping, part of the whole. Why not root
out the true cause of the stress? Why not free all that energy
that is presently trapped within you? Free it to regenerate
your body and cells, to create the life you really want to live.
How can you easily go within and root out the true causes of stress
and reinterpret how you think so that you will heal and feel
different?
The book I mentioned above concerning self-talk will help you. So
will the book I mentioned last week called "Ask and It Is Given" by
Esther and Jerry Hicks. So will learning basic EFT (visit

2) STARTING THE DAY OFF RIGHT WITH A SMOOTHIE
Great for Snacks Too!
Breakfast is very important for maintaining blood sugar and energy
levels. It is also very important for liver and thyroid function.
Most of us are in a hurry in the morning or don't feel like eating a
large meal. Smoothies are a perfect solution. They are great for
snacks too. They are also great for maintaining or losing weight.
And smoothies are quick to prepare, you can constantly change the
ingredients, flavors, etc. Here are some ideas to get you
started....
Possible Ingredients (mix and match differently every time, be
creative): Also to avoid allergies and sensitivities it is good to
rotate ingredients.
raw goat milk
raw cows milk
organic coconut milk (can buy in cans in
health food stores)
almond milk (be sure to buy these milks without
a lot of sugar added, or polyunsaturated oils)
rice milk
oat milk
kefir
yogurt
Fruit (fresh or frozen. Frozen berries are great, like
blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries.
Pineapple and mango can be bought frozen too. Don't over-do fruit,
especially the sweet ones.
Water
For Protein and Nutrition:
