OPENING LETTER

Welcome!

Many of you are receiving this newsletter for the first time. I have recently updated my email list by adding all my clients and Long Natural Health customers. In the past I was consistent in sending a monthly newsletter, though this is the first letter in some months. My new plan is to send a shorter letter more often to pass on helpful health information and important announcements affecting my clients and customers.

2) THERA-ZYMES: A few months back Enzyme Formulations requested I take their pricing off my web site. Now they have demanded I sell their products at suggested retail, and that I no longer under price. I regret having to do this. Though after fighting it for the past few years, I had to give in or they no longer will sell to me. Both Thera-zyme and Private Label Enzyme Formulations are exceptional products and have helped so many of my clients regain their health. Even at suggested retail they are still well worth their price as so many of you have testified. If I can find a product as good as Thera-zymes at a better price, I will do so. At this time, Thera-zymes are still the very best enzyme product I know of and at the best price. I have found other exceptional enzyme formulations, but they are very highly priced. So until and if I can find something better, we are very lucky to have these exceptional products available to us.

3) NO MORE COD LIVER OIL: I have dropped cod fish oil from my catalog. I have research from more than one top source that makes it clear that consuming fish oils such as cod fish oil is not wise in the amounts the health-medical industry is increasingly marketing and pushing. It is safe to eat clean-source fish, but I no longer believe it is wise or safe to consume fish-oil supplements. Though there are short-term clinically proven results, there are long term ill-health results that are not being honestly shared with the public. It is too complex for me to go into all of this here. I am simply passing on my conclusion. Dr. Raymond Peat first tried to make me understand this over fifteen years ago. I did not get it because of the massive amount of health information saying differently. Dr. Peat is the genius who taught me about the ill affects of soy, the healthy affects of coconut oil, the ill effects of estrogens and thyroid inhibitors, and all about thyroid disease and its cure over 15 years ago. Long before the rest of the world caught up with him. Everything he ever taught me has turned out to be true, despite the massive amount of so-called science and health information we are all being fed daily. Now I have recently read a series of research reports from Dr. Guy Schenker. He has well documented what Dr. Peat taught me. I now feel certain it is bad advice to take Cod Liver/Fish Oil supplements. Despite the fact most of my customers believe it is good for them; despite the fact it brings in good profits to me; despite the fact that I have sold and recommended it and took it myself for years, I no longer in good conscience can do so. I remain open to new research and conclusions, though at this time I no longer recommend taking fish oil supplements. I believe the present information on Omega fatty acids will go the same way as the reversals on soy, estrogen replacement, fluoride, silver fillings, mercury in vaccinations, polyunsaturated oils, etc, etc. Not to mention the way coconut oil was cursed all these years and it took Dr Peat and a few others (mostly his students) a lot of energy and resistance to get the world to believe differently than the commercial interests want us to believe.

By stopping the use of fish oil supplements, and being sure you have ample good fats and oils in your diet, and ample anti-oxidants in your diet and supplements, you can minimize or cancel any ill effects from past use of fish oil supplements (as with margarine, flax oil, soy, canola and other polyunsaturate oils).

The best oils for us remain, high quality Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Real unsalted Organic Butter, and the healthy oils and fats found naturally in organic meats, eggs, poultry, fish like salmon, raw goat and cow milk products, etc. The best oil for cooking is coconut oil.

Healthy anti-oxidants to reverse damage from polyunsaturate oils include ETOCO vitamin E, Premier Tocotriene Powder (high in vitamin E), Quantum Greens Mix (high in phyto-nutrients), Quantum Vitamin C Complex. And for a super anti-oxidants - Premier DHLA and Quantum Co-Q Quinol.

CLOSING THOUGHTS
