Splashing or misting some colloidal silver in pure water on your skin can help clear up many facial and skin problems.

The best thing for any skin is water. Drink plenty of pure water daily. And the best way to cleanse and help re-hydrate your skin is by simply splashing water on your face. Splash 20-50 times warm water. Not cold and not hot. Hot water is not good for your face. Avoid hot water on your face in the shower as well.

These tips are very important for those of you experiencing blushing and rosacea type skin problems.

CHLORINE IS TERRIBLE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SKIN:

Chlorine is one of the worst things for your skin. Bathing and showering in chlorinated water is doubly damaging because you are both breathing the vapors and taking chlorine in through your skin. CORRECTION CONCERNING USE OF GLYCERINE SOAP FOR TEETH:

A number of readers wrote in to remind me that glycerine soap is not a good choice for brushing teeth and gums. Rather look for soaps without glycerine for brushing. (It is not good for your skin either.)

(ref 5) Reenamelization of the teeth occurs when they are clean. All toothpastes make a barrier of glycerin on the teeth which would require 20 rinses to get it off.

A good solution for clean teeth, which I have used for 5 years, is bar soap. Wet the brush, swipe the bar two or three times with it, then brush the teeth thoroughly and the gums gently. Rinse with water three or four times. All oils are washed off the teeth and the gums are disinfected. The bacteria are killed by the soap. The teeth are then ready for reenamelization with calcium and phosphate in the diet. The enzyme adenosine diphosphatase delivers phosphate to the enamel surface. Do not use liquid soaps. Their different composition is harmful to the protoplasm.

Reenamelization is necessary on a daily basis because the enamel leaches slightly with water as well as the bones over decades leading to holey bones and holey teeth even in the absence of acid attack. Without reenamelization, we could never have good teeth.

Further down the page there is this: A letter from Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D., Chemist, Researcher for 18 years and Professor of Chemistry for 33 years says:
# 4 Teeth reenamalize when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. Soap washes off in just 2 rinses.

What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY REENAMELIZE.

"Sure. Go ahead and publish my dental comments as one of your readers. More people should know about using Dr. Bronner's natural peppermint bar soap for brushing teeth. I have not seen a dentist since 1984, over twenty years ago. I clean my own teeth. I have no plaque. I am 51. I believe bar soap, natural toothpaste, coconut oil, gum massage and pulsating water flushing works. No dentist needed..

"By the way, your recent dental article was great, and I agree with it. I dumped the fluoride toothpastes about seven years ago after I learned about Weston Price, DDS. I brush my teeth with Dr. Bronner's natural peppermint bar soap, very mild taste, rinses off clean and leaves no residue. At my age, my teeth still sparkle like pearls. Occasionally when I'm traveling, I will use a natural toothpaste such as Nutribiotic, Weleda or Nature's Gate. But I have found that nothing works better for my teeth than brushing with Dr. Bronner's peppermint bar soap. And then I use the Water Pic shower head to flush and rinse my gums with a pulsating water flow. This keeps my gums in good shape. Sometimes I massage my gums with coconut oil in the evening before I go to bed. I read about this long ago in the Weston Price material."
